The Hutton Brasserie offers an innovative menu with classic Swedish dishes and a 180-degree view of the Riddarfjärden. The company has a rich history that goes back to 1924, when the ship was built for Mr C.K.G. Billings from New York. It was then owned by various owners and used for different purposes until it was moved to Riddarfjärden in 1982, where it is now known as Malardrottningen.
