Registre international français (RIF) is a French international register serving vessels and maritime services. It does not provide a procurement platform or focus on buyers. The RIF offers services related to ship registration, including transport and service vessels, as well as commercial pleasure crafts. It participates in maritime events such as Posidonia and the Singapore Maritime Week. The RIF published its annual activity report for 2025 and has a service commitment program called Services Publics +. The RIF was involved in a guichet unique initiative at maritime events in June 2026. Founded in 2003, the RIF operates in France and internationally.
