The organization has offices in each of Norway's eight most important maritime regions and focuses on maritime strategy, reception, and celebration events like Arendalsuka. Maritimt Forum was established to support the development of Norway's position as one of the world's largest and most advanced maritime nations through active maritime policy. The organization participated in Verftskonferansen and reported on various maritime arrangements at Arendalsuka, including the Ulstein receiving the Award for Maritime Community of the Year 2026. Maritimt Forum operates with a central office in Oslo and maintains regional offices across Norway.
