ABran is the Norwegian Shipowners' Association serving over 160 companies in shipping and offshore contractor activities. ABRAN participated in discussions on decarbonized shipping corridors between Brazil and Europe and conducted an institutional mission to Brasília, visiting the DOF vessel Skandi Açu. During a ministerial visit, ABRAN highlighted opportunities from the EFTA–MERCOSUR Agreement at Kongsberg Maritime and Subsea7. Founded in 1906, ABRAN has been instrumental in shaping sustainable maritime policies and fostering international partnerships.
