MOR offers pastoral counseling, support, and friendship and operates the only network of such services on American inland waters, operating 24/7/365. The services include a 24-hours Chaplaincy emergency call service under the number 800.708.1998. MOR has its roots in the last 200 years and is closely connected with the Seamen's Church Institute, whose mission it is to serve seafaring Christians.
