Mission to Seafarers Victoria (MTSV) has its headquarters in Melbourne's Docklands since 1917 and operates a heritage-listed building. The team of employees and volunteers offers support to seafaring people by providing comfort, a friendly welcome, and a sense of community. Annually, more than one thousand seafarers visit the Port of Melbourne where MTSV is active. The company supports 1.5 million seafaring key workers in 200 ports worldwide, who are responsible for maintaining the economy and supplying essential goods. The Flinders St. building was renovated and combines architectural elements from "Arts and Crafts" and "Spanish Mission Revival".
