Shanghai International Port (Group) Co., Ltd. (SIPG) is a public port enterprise that went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2006 and was China's first port-based joint-stock company. Its main business areas include container terminals, freight terminals, logistics services, and port services. SIPG has 49 container cranes and 176 container quay cranes in the Yangshan, Waigaoqiao, and Wusong port districts. In July 2026, the single-day-night container loading of the port reached a new record of 203,881 TEUs (standard containers). SIPG also operates an LNG filling station, which has supplied over 200,000 cubic meters of LNG since March 2022.
