The instructor, who is also a captain, has over 80,000 hours of teaching experience and leads all courses personally, ensuring personal attention from a master sailor. The school manages various sailing vessels, including the 42-foot sloop Kinohi, which is equipped with modern technology and complies with Transport Canada regulations. Capt. Mac's School of Seamanship is part of the Transport Canada Small Vessel Compliance Program and offers courses such as Basic Cruising, PCOC, Coastal Navigation, VHF Radio, Intermediate Cruising, and Advanced Sailing Lessons.
