Great Circle Shipping Agency Limited was founded in 1988 to offer Technical Management Services for the ships of the Thai owner company Precious Shipping. With a starting fleet of five ships in December 1988, Great Circle was already established by 1997 and managed 56 ships, including Bulk Transshipment terminals, Double-deckers, General Purpose vessels as well as specialized ships such as Cement carriers and Latex tankers. Today the company manages a fleet of 36 ships, four of which are specialized cement carriers. Mr. Chandrasekhar, the Director of Great Circle, has been with the company since 1986 and leads an engaged team of specialists in various key positions.
