NTB North Sea Terminal Bremerhaven GmbH & Co. is a container handling company at the longest continuous quay worldwide and one of the most important terminals in the North-West European range, with an annual volume of ca. 3 million TEU. The terminal has developed into a significant European container terminal since its founding in 1998 and offers a comprehensive infrastructure, including 1,087,000 m² container storage area, over 2,000 refrigerated container connections, 1,800 m quay length, 6 berths for large vessels, and 18 Super-Post-Panmax container cranes. Over 900 employees work at the NTB facilities around the clock, operating weekly for more than 360 days a year. The terminal is an important hub in Northern Europe and connects Bremerhaven with over 130 ports worldwide.
