Lagos State Waterways Authority (LASWA) was established in 2008 by the Lagos State Government through the Lagos State Waterways Authority Act. LASWA manages navigation opportunities for Lagos State’s inland waterways, ensuring safety and coordinating reforms necessary for long-term growth and development in water transportation.
