IPCSA is the International Port Community Systems Association representing Port Community Systems operators, Maritime Single Window operators, and port authorities. It has founding members from France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Spain, Germany, and other regions including Europe, North America, Asia Pacific, Latin America, West Asia, and Africa. The association hosts annual meetings and foresight workshops to drive digital trade and port community collaboration. IPCSA's 2026 Annual Members Meeting will be held in Marseille on October 28-29, with the theme "Driving forces together: Connecting trusted digital ecosystems.
