NEPTUNE TECHNICAL AGENCIES LTD was founded in June 1992 by engineers from the shipbuilding industry and offers technical expertise, where it serves shipowners in Greece and Cyprus. The company began its activities by marketing the Polish repair firm RADUNIA S.A., which was exclusively represented in the Greek and Cypriot markets. Radunia offered repairs and modifications in Gdansk and berthing services for Panamax ships at the Gdynia Shipyard, with dimensions of 240×40 DD. Since 2013, repairs for Panamax ships at the Gdynia Shipyard were carried out by new owners, EPG Shipyard, until the establishment was sold to Mars Fund in 2013. Neptune was the pioneer for foreign ship repair services in Klaipeda, Lithuania, where it began its activities in March 1993 with a Greek owner of a freighter, who had the largest ever clearance in the area for dry-docking and special inspections.
