JAG Alaska Seward Shipyard is a full-service ship repair facility with two dry docks, the SyncroLift and TravelLift. The berthing area covers eleven acres and features cranes with a capacity of 80 tons. The protected workspace measures 35,000 square feet. The facility offers marine slips and transport carts capable of handling up to four large vessels simultaneously. Seward Shipyard is the second-largest ship repair facility north of Seattle and is located in Seward, Alaska, near Resurrection Bay. It can service more than two-thirds of the Alaskan coastline, including from Yakutat to Prudhoe Bay. JAG Alaska Inc. is a government-funded small disadvantaged business and offers services for various marine industries such as fishing, maritime transportation, and oil and gas industry.
