LANEX has been manufacturing yachting ropes for over 10 years, serving a range from the Optimist class to superyachts in more than 30 countries worldwide. Their ropes are tested in various climates, including Antarctic conditions, and are used in world regattas and European championships, as well as the CANY Offshore Cup regatta, which they co-organize annually with the Czech Offshore Yachting Association. LANEX supports young sailors, racing crews, and ordinary yachtsmen. In 2025, their USA distributors published an article in Boats of the Year by Maine Boats, Homes & Harbors. The company showcased its products at METSTRADE 2025 in Amsterdam. LANEX Yachting has been operating since at least 2014, as evidenced by their participation in events like the Easter Regatta 2026.
