Taihu Laboratory Of Deepsea Technological Science, also known as "Taihu Lab", is an innovation center supported by China Shipbuilding Industry Corporation (CSIC), the Jiangsu government, and the city of Wuxi. The lab focuses on developing technological solutions for the deep-sea sector and contributes to the establishment of a national laboratory. It has more than 30 patents and has over 10 self-developed projects. The research areas include the development of new products and technologies that are specifically optimized for deep-sea conditions. The lab is engaged in the development of software for marine structure analysis, including general marine structure analysis software and three-dimensional water elasticity mechanics software. It has a variety of research projects and has published several scientific papers. Taihu Lab leads the research.
