Saudi Arabia
ARABIAN CHEMICAL TERMINALS (ACT) was founded in 1985 by three Saudi Arabian-owned companies and initially managed by Mobil Saudi Arabia. Today, the company is led by Reza Investment from Jeddah, which holds the majority share. ACT has two terminals: one in Yanbu on the western coast of the Red Sea and one in Jubail on the eastern coast of the Arabian Gulf. These terminals serve the storage and transshipment of liquid chemicals and minerals, with international supply handled by road tankers, ISOs, IBCs, and barrels. In 2012, ACT partnered with the British Suttons International Group to establish the Joint Venture "Suttons Arabia" to offer a wide range of chemical logistics and transportation services, taking into account the highest HSE standards. ACT is ISO 18001, 9001.
