Barkentijn Thalassa is an imposing and seaworthy sailing ship. It is one of the most beautiful and fastest sail training ships from the Dutch fleet! Thalassa was built and rigged in 1980 traditionally as a Barkentijn. Rigged after old tradition, but with the modern safety requirements, Thalassa is a solid and safe ship that brings adventurous sailing and pleasant enjoyment in perfect harmony. On board offers the well-equipped salon and comfortable cabins (each with its own shower and washbasin) so that everyone feels at home immediately. The experienced crew and excellent kitchen ensure a relaxed atmosphere and make a voyage with Thalassa unforgettable.
