About

What Ocean Age does.

Ocean Age was founded in 1972 by Realtec, Inc., an industry consortium of Certainteed-Frank Winnert, who was part of the nationally leading building material producers. Architect Donald Castner developed the simple design concept for Ocean Age. The project was so successful that all 180 units were sold before the floor plans were finalized. Ocean Age features 800 feet of private beachfront on the east and a natural lagoon system with docks on the west. The two-story structures with Cabana-style architecture and dense natural finishes create a relaxed tropical atmosphere.

Frequently asked

Three things people ask first.

Is the free account really free?

Yes — no card required. Browsing is always free, and a free account adds 5 contact releases every month.

What does a contact cost?

Your first 5 contact releases each month are included in the free account. After that, packs start at 19 € for 50 contacts (view or export), or a monthly plan for regular use.

Where does the data come from?

Companies are harvested from the open web — registers, websites and industry directories — not self-registered sign-ups. Contact details are shown only once you use a release or credit, never invented.
