Cracchiolo G is a family-run company founded in 1992 in Castellammare del Golfo, a historical town in the Trapani District on Sicily. The main products are olive oil, particularly the varieties Cerasuola, Biancolilla and Nocellara del Belice, as well as bio-diesel resistant fuels. The company has specialized in the production of high-quality olive oil over the last 20 years and is a member of the Slow Food initiative. The oil products Scopel® and Cetarea® are registered in the "Guida agli Extravergine" by Slowfood. Besides oil production, Cracchiolo G has been operating since 2008 the production of bio-fuels from agro-industrial and forest residues, setting up the company SicilBiomasse®. This specializes in the production and marketing of pellets as well as the planning and installation of heat treatment facilities.
