Kajax Fishexport was founded in 1994 and is located in Audru parish, Pärnu, Liu Village. The production facility has four ice chambers that can accommodate up to 20 tonnes of raw materials each. Freezing the fish blocks takes 6-7 hours and reaches a temperature of -18 °C. Sorting, freezing, and packaging of the fish are carried out with modern and highly qualified equipment from Europe. The annual production amounted to more than 9000 tonnes, and the products are exported to Ukraine, Moldavia, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Kazakhstan, Finland, and China. Kajax Fishexport works together with the company AS Hiiu Kalur, which is also a shareholder of the firm. Production and processes comply with the requirements of the European Union and the principles of the Customs Union.
