Bekerev Fishing Collective, founded over 80 years ago, is a powerful enterprise in the top ten of the fishing industry in Kamchatka. The company started in the 1930s with two small settlements and has since transformed into a modern fish processing facility. In the 1960s, two cooperatives merged to form the current collective named after its chairman, Georgy Ignatievich Bekerev. Despite facing difficulties in the 1990s due to market reforms, the company underwent significant modernization from 2009 onwards and now produces high-quality fish products. The enterprise is located in Kamchatka and has a workforce that contributes to its success. As of today, it holds special assessments for working conditions and is an active participant in the local fishing industry.
