Princess Seafood was founded in 2018 by Wendy Holloway and Heather Sears, who are passionate about fish. Wendy is a fish biologist, and Heather is a commercial fisherman with 20 years of experience fishing salmon, crab, albacore, and cod from California to Alaska. Heather's fishing vessel, the Princess, was purchased in 2009 and underwent a significant rebuild in Bellingham and Seattle. The Princess has an onboard blast freezer that preserves the quality of the catch for later sales. The company catches Dungeness Crab, King Salmon, and Sablefish and operates two locations in Noyo Harbor, providing high-quality, sustainably caught local seafood to the community.
