In 1975, Mr. Aldo Frulio and Mr. Alberto Paoluzzi took over the full ownership shares and changed the firm's name into "Unitramp Srl". Since 1980, Unitramp has been fully spiritually led by the Frulio family, with today Vincenzo Frulio as CEO and Managing Director. In 2012, the independent shipbroker office "Unitramp International Sàrl" was established in Lausanne, Switzerland, to build new business relationships.
