Black Sea Terminal Ltd, also known as Kulevi Terminal and Sea Port, was founded in 2008 by the state oil company of Azerbaijan (SOCAR). The terminal has a capacity of up to 10 million tons of hydrocarbon and petrochemical products per year. It offers services such as receipt by rail, transfer into tanks, storage, transfer on/off ships, and operation of mooring facilities.
