HKCTOA, the Hong Kong Container Terminals Operators Association, was founded in 1999 and consists of container terminal operators at the Kwai Tsing Hafen in Hong Kong. Its mission is to present the container traffic sector of the Hong Kong Port as a central hub port in the regional area. HKCTOA has a president named Patrick Lam, who previously served as the CEO of HPH Trust and the CEO of Yantian International Container Terminals in Shenzhen. The company is a member of the User Advisory Group of the Customs Windows for Sea Terminal Operators and PCWA. HKCTOA supports events such as the Hong Kong Maritime Week 2025 and ALMAC 2025 to highlight its role in the regional container trade.
