Oshima Mura is a traditional Okinawa cotton textile (bomaki) manufacturing facility and tourist garden located on Oshima Island, Japan. Visitors can tour the actual bomaki production site and experience mud dyeing in the subtropical plant garden. The company operates from 9:00 to 17:00 with reduced hours ending at 16:00, and charges admission fees of 550 yen for adults and 220 yen for children (ages 6-15). It is closed during Obon (August) and on New Year's Day. The facility offers bomaki weaving experiences upon request. Oshima Mura also sells high-quality authentic bomaki products and souvenirs exclusively available at the site.
