Dubai International Marine Club (DIMC) organizes traditional dhowsailing races such as the 22FT "AL SHINDAGHA" TRADITIONAL DHOW SAILING RACE, 43FT "ATLANTIS" TRADITIONAL DHOW SAILING RACE, and 60FT "BURJ AL ARAB" TRADITIONAL DHOW SAILING RACE. The club also hosts the 35TH AL GAFFAL TRADITIONAL DHOW SAILING RACE (60FT) on Sir Bu Nair Island. DIMC's events calendar for the 2025-2026 season includes sailing races in Dubai Inshore and Offshore locations. The club has partnered with organizations like Dubai Police and Dubai Sports Council.
