The firm offers specialized services for the maritime and marine insurance sector, comprehensive legal support, ship and cargo damage assessments, passenger and crew care, as well as general correspondence support in English-speaking, French-speaking, Dutch-speaking and Spanish-speaking jurisdictions. The legal department has specialized knowledge and experience in maritime law in all Caribbean countries from the main office in Barbados as well as the offices in Trinidad and the ABC Islands. Ship and cargo damage assessments are led by the Department for Ship and Cargo Damage Assessments in Barbados and conducted by local calibrated experts.
