Shree Ram Group (Shree Ram Vessel Scrap Pvt. Ltd.) is India's first certified green ship recycling facility in Alang, Gujarat, since 1992. The company has so far dismantled approximately 250 ships for various owners and operators such as Stolt Tankers, Maersk, Odfjell, Transocean, MOL, NYK Line, and BW Group. It operates three facilities in Alang and was the first company in India to receive green certification since 2014. Shree Ram Group has successfully completed several large projects for Stolt Tankers, including over 30 chemical tanker ships. The firm is known for its environmentally friendly and safe working conditions and works constantly towards achieving a 100 percent拆解，including the treatment of waste like asbestos.
