SOTENİK ENDÜSTRİYEL MAZELEMLERİ SAHİFASI. TİC. A. Ş., 1996'da İstanbul'da kuruldu ve ilk olarak küçük aileye ait aile ve fabrikaları için ürün verdi. 2002 yılında şirketin bir AG olarak yeniden yapıldı, böylece müşteriye en iyi servis sağlama için en iyi sistemleri geliştirdi. 2003 yılında ISO9001 zirvesi Bureau Veritas ile ilgili bir zirvesi kazandı, bu nedenle ülkenin uluslararası standartlara uygun bir üretim sistemini geliştirdi. 2016'da Tuzla Deri Sanayi Bölgesi'nde fabrikası bulunuyor ve SOY VALVE markasında üretim ve reparasyonlar için devam ediyor. 2018 yılında Dilovası IMES OSB'ye bir 4000 m2 büyük bir depolama hattı kuruldu, bu hattın modern depolama sistemleri ile işletiliyor. Önemli ürünler arasında ventilasyon ve klima sistemleri, enerji ayarları ve aile aletlerini içerir.
