Hilal Cement Company was founded as a closed company in the State Capital of Kuwait in 1984 and its shares were listed on the Kuwait Stock Exchange in 1998. On March 2, 2022, the firm voluntarily delisted from the stock exchange. Hilal Cement is one of the largest cement producers in Kuwait and operates two import terminals in the southern part of the country, where it runs one of the world's largest mobile stations. The company employs more than 330 employees who are continuously trained. Hilal Cement Group is engaged in environmental and safety policies and produces approximately 700,000 cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete annually, making them one of the largest producers of ready-mixed concrete in Kuwait.
