Caraka Andalan Semesta (CASA) was created to handle project logistics and dangerous goods transportation, obtaining the HANDAK permit from the Indonesian Police. PT. Raga Samudera Shipping was set up under the Caraka Group in August 2011 for vessel operations, shipping brokerage, and NVOCC services.
