NAVROM S.A. is a Romanian river navigation company founded in 1890, with over 135 years of tradition as one of the important inland waterway armors in Europe. The company transports more than 10 million tons of diverse cargo annually, including minerals, coal, cement, lime, cereals, fertilizers, and various materials. NAVROM S.A. operates a fleet of over 400 vessels from its headquarters in Galați and has additional operations in Constanța. The company also owns a shipyard (NAVROM SHIPYARD S.R.L.) for vessel repairs and construction, as well as other service branches such as port handling (NAVROM PORTSERVICE S.A.), hydrostructure construction, bunker logistics, and ferry services.
