About

What ADMINISTRATIA FLUVIALA A DUNARII DE JOS (AFDJ) (RIVER ADMINISTRATION OF THE LOWER DANUBE) does.

ADMINISTRATIA FLUVIALA A DUNARII DE JOS (AFDJ) is an autonomous agency in Galati, Romania, under the authority of the Ministry for Transport and Infrastructure, led by the HGR 492/2003. Its scope includes the Donau section from km 1.075 to the mouth in the Black Sea, including the Sulina Bay, navigable parts of the Donau, and other areas. AFDJ is responsible for maintaining minimal water levels through maintenance dredging, coastal and seafloor signage, topographic-hydrographic measurements, as well as construction and repair works to ensure navigational conditions. It also oversees the pilotage of ships between the Sulina Bay and Braile, and in the connected port facilities. AFDJ has been active since 2003, but has not provided a precise founding year.

Frequently asked

Three things people ask first.

Is the free account really free?

Yes — no card required. Browsing is always free, and a free account adds 5 contact releases every month.

What does a contact cost?

Your first 5 contact releases each month are included in the free account. After that, packs start at 19 € for 50 contacts (view or export), or a monthly plan for regular use.

Where does the data come from?

Companies are harvested from the open web — registers, websites and industry directories — not self-registered sign-ups. Contact details are shown only once you use a release or credit, never invented.
