Richard Chesher, Ph.D. is a marine scientist, diver, and photographer who has been cruising the South Pacific for over 50 years with his wife Frederique aboard their 44-foot cutter. They produce travel and cruising guides to Vanuatu and New Caledonia, as well as website development and interactive cruising guides. Their work has been featured in National Geographic Magazine. The couple has lived aboard their vessel for over 50 years and has produced a 3-book Kindle eBook series titled "Moira’s Pacific Expedition: Tracking Destiny in the South Pacific."
