What Gatech does.

Gatech Panama is a private, non-profit research institute established in 2010 through the merger of the Georgia Institute of Technology and the Panamanian Government Ministry. Located in Panama City, the Center for Logistics Innovation and Research aims to enhance Panama's logistics competitiveness, positioning it as a leading logistics and trade platform in the Americas. In 2015, it was recognized as a technical arm of the Logistics Cabinet. Gatech Panama manages logistics infrastructure projects, supports the development of business and logistics capabilities, and leads research projects aimed at improving competitiveness and cultural capital of the country through data banks, models, and analysis tools.
