Romanian Ports Development is an economic and social political organization that advocates for the interests of private sectors in maritime transport and related services from a regional, national, and international perspective. The company supports its members in their relationships with portal authorities, maritime and fluvial authorities, as well as local and national government bodies. It also promotes social dialogue with trade unions in the maritime sector. RPD initiates and supports proposals for normative acts and changes to existing legislation that comply with international and European standards. The organization works closely with political parties that promote rights and interests in the maritime sector. RPD has its headquarters in Constanta on Revolutiei 22-December Street No. 28.
