Sedef Shipyard is a Turkish shipyard with more than 2,000 employees and an annual steelwork capacity of 100,000 tons. The yard has production facilities in Tuzla, totaling 51,000 square meters and in Orhanlı with 12,000 square meters. Sedef Shipyard builds various ship types like Ro-Ro, Ro-Pax, ferries, tankers, container vessels, fishing boats as well as industrial steel constructions and Floating Docks. Additionally, the yard works on conversion projects and Offshore ships. Besides commercial ships, Sedef also builds military ships such as the Multipurpose Amphibious Assault Ship (LHD), the Mechanized Landing Craft (LCM) and the Istif Class Frigate (MILGEM). The yard is a member of Turkon Holding.
