Kriushinskii Shipyard was founded in 1843 and began with the winter delivery of ships in Kriushi. From 1865, two steam engines were used for woodworking and locksmithing work on the bank of the valley. Since 1986, the modern shipyard in Kriusha has been in operation, which was put into service that year. Today, the company can build ships with a carrying capacity of up to 4,000 tons and a length of up to 120 meters. In addition to its main shipbuilding and repair business, the company also produces various steel processed parts, high-voltage transmission poles, light and return current equipment, containers of various sizes, thick profiles, wood processing, and concrete products. The company has a shipbuilding workshop, a mechanical workshop, a tugboat parking area, a transportation department, and a material storage area.
