Network of Project Agents & Overseas Project Cargo (OPCA) was founded in 2014 by INO Networks Group and is part of the INO Networks Group, which supports leading business-network technology firms in the Logistics, Marine, Aviation, Transportation, and Maritime sectors. OPCA aims to connect project cargo forwarders and logistics companies by providing high-quality tools in a profitable and productive ecosystem. The network consists of 157 members from 53 countries and 100 cities, organizing at least 15 events annually to promote cooperation among members. OPCA offers various tools such as a payment security program, a global warning system, an enrollment system, a request for quotation (RFQ) system, and a chat system. These tools help members optimize their business processes.
