The company was founded in February 2024 and operates from its operations hub in Singapore, with offices in Europe. Mira Bulk is a joint venture between ResInvest Group and Vaiana Shipping Limited. The fleet consists of modern, efficient, and versatile dry cargo vessels worldwide, including many modern Handysize-, Supramax-, Ultramax-, and Kamsarmax vessels with a cargo capacity of up to 81,000 mt. These vessels are self-loading and self-unloading, providing greater flexibility for customers. All ships are of Lloyd's A1-Class (or equivalent) and fully certified and insured, conforming to the standards of IMO, ISM, BIMCO, SOLAS, and MARPOL.
