Synergy Shipbuilders N Dock Works Limited is a family-owned company headquartered in India and was founded by Mr. Shriram Malik in 1988 to build and maintain ships. The firm has more than 35 years of experience in shipbuilding and employs over 600 qualified workers. Synergy Shipbuilders builds various ship and dock types, including a 650-passenger cruise ship (Hull Nos. 82 & 83), a 40.38-meter long crew boat (Hull No. 24) and four identical 29-meter long High-Speed Craft (HSC) crew boats (Hull Nos. 68, 70, 87 & 90). The ships are classified by RINA and are registered under the flag of Zanzibar or the Indian State Ministry. Synergy Shipbuilders also builds a 65-ton Bollard-Pull AHTS Tug (Hull No. 14) with ABS Class. The firm is a member of RINA and has certificates and classes from various shipping organizations.
