The Technology Centre for Offshore and Marine, Singapore (TCOMS) is a national R&D centre dedicated to the Marine & Offshore and Maritime sectors. TCOMS integrates research and industry expertise to co-develop innovative concepts and solutions to address real world challenges. TCOMS envisions that many physical systems currently operated independently by man would be replaced by smart cyber-physical systems. TCOMS aims to gain a deeper understanding of the behaviour, response, and reliability of operating systems to better design future ocean systems and solutions capable of performing in complex and challenging marine environments. TCOMS was founded in 2020.
