Association of Singapore Marine and Offshore Energy Industries (ASMI) was established in 1968 as a non-profit association to promote the interests and progress of the maritime industry in Singapore. ASMI represents various sectors of the maritime and offshore industries and has members ranging from large and small shipbuilding facilities to local and international manufacturers and suppliers of marine equipment and components. Additionally, engineering and consulting firms, as well as other companies whose business activities are directly related to the industry, are members. ASMI organizes regular events such as the 33rd Golf Championship in 2026, workshops on safety technology for workers, and networking events at SMM 2026 and OGA 2026 in Germany and Malaysia.
