Overslagbedrijf Moerdijk B.V. (OBM) operates three modernized Terminals on the island of Moerdijk: OBM-Noord, OBM-Oost and OBM-West. The company specializes in the handling of a variety of dry and bulk cargoes such as ore, minerals, building materials, pallets, bigbags, timber, and steel products. Additionally, OBM handles contaminated materials including recycled wood, glass, tires, scrap, bales with waste, and RDF pellets. The terminals are equipped for sea traffic, river traffic, rail transport, and road transport. OBM-Noord has a quay in the north of the island that can be up to 201 meters long and a maximum pier distance of 8.9 meters at water level +0.4 m NAP. OBM-Oost has a finger pier on the Roode Vaart with a maximum ship length of 201 meters and a maximum depth of 8.5 meters at water level.
