SeaPort Manatee is an active port in the south of Florida, at the entrance to Tampa Bay and in close proximity to the expanded Panama Canal. The port features ten 40-foot deep berths for containers, ballast, gravel, heavy lifts, project cargoes, and general cargoes. In fiscal period 2025, SeaPort Manatee achieved a historical high of 11,855,828 tons of shipment, surpassing the previous record of 11,779,601 tons in fiscal period 2024. The port generates an economic impact of more than 7.3 billion US dollars annually and offers directly and indirectly over 42,000 jobs without requiring local ownership tax support.
