The three Communities are Westminster at Lake Ridge in Virginia, Ingleside at King Farm in Rockville, Maryland, and Ingleside at Rock Creek in Washington, DC. These communities are part of an engaged lifestyle concept that addresses the needs of residents as they age. The communities feature a variety of amenities such as large green spaces, residential cottage accommodations, and nearby cultural events.
