Tanger Med Port Authority is the central administration of the Tanger-Med-Port complex, which has established itself as a leading port in Africa and the Mediterranean region. The port offers a variety of services, including container vehicles, freight vehicles, new vehicles, liquid goods, shipping and logistics services. The facilities include three berths on an area of 1000 hectares. Tanger Med is the leading container port in Africa and ranks globally at 17th place in loading processes. The port processes approximately 161 million tons of goods annually, including about 11.1 million units of loading (TEU). The Tanger Med Port Authority is a member of the international User Group of ISPO and works on the digitalization and sustainability of the port.
