NB Metal is a Danish CNC machine shop with over 45 years of experience in turning and milling complex precision parts in all materials. They offer services from prototypes to full-scale production, including machining centers for both internal and external industrial companies across various sectors such as electronics, medical devices, transportation, construction, defense, and maritime industries. The company has a certified ISO 9001:2015 quality management system and is equipped with 13 CNC machines capable of diameters ranging from Ø10 to 200 mm and lengths up to 700 mm. They have nine CNC turning centers with 3-7 axes and speeds up to 7,000 rpm, as well as four CNC machining centers, both horizontal and vertical, with pallet systems and a B-axis, capable of speeds up to 16,000 rpm.
